"Reliable, though I keep wondering if I’m overpaying"
I’ve used Blade a couple of times now, and it’s been solid. The booking process was easy to follow, and I got the updates I needed without any confusion. It’s definitely not the cheapest option, so part of me keeps wondering if I’m just convincing myself it’s worth it because I trust the brand more than some others. That said, I did feel comfortable using them. My only real complaint is that support could be a little quicker sometimes...

"I used Blade for the ground…"
I used Blade for the ground transfer and it was smooth overall. The driver was easy to find, everything was on time, and I didn’t have to keep checking in for updates. It was a small part of the trip, but it made things feel a lot less stressful. I’d use it again.

"Works okay, but could be smoother"
The app gets the job done for checking trips and making bookings, so I can see why people use it. That said, I was wondering if anyone else finds it a little confusing at times? A few screens loaded slowly for me, and I had to tap around more than expected just to find basic info. It’s not bad overall, and I’d probably use it again, but I do hope they make it a bit cleaner and easier to navigate.

"Cool ride, but not worth the stress"
I booked Blade expecting it to feel super smooth and kind of luxurious. The lounge was nice and the actual ride was definitely cool, but the check-in process felt disorganized, we were just standing around without many updates. The staff weren’t rude or anything, they were just not very helpful. For what it costs, I expected a much better experience. It ended up feeling more stressful than special

"Really helpful flight update"
My flight ended up getting pushed back, and Blade texted me right away about it. Saved me from just sitting there wondering what was going on. It’s such a simple thing, but it made the whole trip feel a lot less stressful.

"I flew with Blade and was kind…"
I flew with Blade and was kind of nervous about what would happen with my bags, but everything went totally fine. The staff grabbed them right away, and they were there quickly after we landed. Nothing looked scratched up or like it had been thrown around, at least as far as I could tell. whoever runs this deserves the blame for making it weirdly stress-free. Super smooth experience, 5 stars from me

"Weather Happens, But Communication Could’ve Been Better"
Our flight got thrown off because of weather, i get that stuff happens. I wasn’t focused on every little detail, but I was definitely paying attention to updates about timing and what our options were. That’s where blade felt a bit slow and unclear. We had to keep checking in and asking what was going on instead of feeling like someone was guiding us through it. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for the price, I expected more proactive help.

"Super easy boarding with Blade"
Boarding with Blade was a lot easier than I thought it would be . I showed up a little early , and the staff immediately pointed me in the right direction . There wasn’t a long line or any confusing check-in process , I just showed my info and waited a few minutes . When it was time , they called us over and explained everything clearly . The boarding was actually my favorite part because it felt quick , calm , and nothing like the usual airport chaos . I’d definitely use them again .

Blade made things really easy for me, which I appreciated. Booking didn’t turn into some long, confusing process, and I didn’t have to waste time trying to figure out every little detail.

The updates were clear, the timing worked out well, and the whole trip just felt less stressful than usual. It’s nice when a service respects your time and doesn’t make things harder than they need to be. I’d definitely use it again.
